PACIFIC INSTITUTE OF CHRISTIAN MINISTRY - ENABLING DISCIPLES FOR TODAY´S GENERATION

PICM´s Certified Lay Pastoral Assistant (CLPA) program provides specialized lay pastoral training by a highly qualified teaching faculty. The intent of the CLPA program is to train members and lay leaders in the local church to assist the pastoral staff in ´´enabling disciples for today´s generation.´´ The CLPA class consists of 26 courses of focused instruction that are academically patterned after a seminary program. With the completion of the CLPA program along with an internship under the guidance of the senior pastor, graduates are prepared to give effective Bible studies, lead out in small groups, conduct evangelistic meetings, and so much more! Graduates go on to become effective lay leaders, Bible workers, and lay pastors.
