VicLouis Arreola III, PhD, DD

Dr. Arreola serves as director of the Pacific Institute of Christian Ministry, which he founded  in 2006. He is the director of Asian/Pacific and Southern Asia Ministries in the North American Division. As a church growth specialist and leadership coach, his passion is to help grow healthy congregations. He has trained many pastors and church leaders here in the US and abroad.

Imelda Cid-Arreola, D.Sc., CHES

Dr. Imelda Arreola serves as registrar and coordinator of PICM Academic Affairs. She is an educational consultant, a family educator, and a health education specialist.  

David Brown, CLPA, EMT-P

Pastor David Brown is a graduate of the CLPA program and serves as field representative and student services coordinator of PICM. He currently serves as a lay pastor in the Montana Conference of Seventh-Day Adventists.
